We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our Contractual Service Agreement (=CSA) team. This team is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of service contracts with global customers, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and profitability throughout the lifecycle of each agreement. As Senior Manager, you will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership to a group of contract performance managers and experts. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Service Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer value while meeting business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team managing the CSA portfolio
Drive contract performance optimization, including cost control, risk mitigation and margin improvement
Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure profitability and compliance with contractual obligations
Own forecasting of revenues, margins, and key financial indicators for the entire CSA portfolio, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business targets
Act as escalation point for complex contract issues and customer interactions
Partner with Regional Service Operations and Product teams to align service delivery with contractual commitments
Identify and implement process improvements and digital tools to enhance efficiency
Support strategic initiatives related to new service offerings, productivity and customer experience
Your Profile:
Business degree with solid technical background or technical degree with strong commercial understanding
Minimum 5 years of experience in service or contract management, ideally within an industrial or power generation-related environment
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
Strong financial acumen, structured working style and understanding of service business models
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
