The Technical Service Product Expert (m/f/d) will be responsible for leading and creating a strategy for the Spare Parts Configurator (=SPC) project with the goal to execute parts scoping for engine maintenance events. This role will work closely with the Digital department to develop the SPC tool based on the business. This expert will have to report the project status periodically to the management, showing the results through tailored KPIs. In this position you will monitor the NPI projects to ensure that the SPC covers the latest engine configuration across all the engine platforms.
