As the Lead Business & Performance Analyst (m/f/d), you will have 2 main activities:   1. You will be the driving force behind data-driven forecasting and business analysis within our Services organization 2. Support Services to empower our teams to make smarter decisions, optimize processes, and deliver outstanding customer experiences by transforming data into actionable insights   In this role you will drive the data-driven forecasting cycles for Service order intake and revenue on an annual and quarterly basis and own process optimization between cycles.
