Application Engineer - Salesforce

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners
• Configure and optimize Salesforce back and front-end, including reports, dashboards, and system setups
• Familiarity with Lightning web Components (LWC)/Aura components
• Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Oversee support issues, monitor system performance, and ensure data integrity

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Several years of functional Salesforce consulting experience
• Experience in software architecture and technical design in CRM systems
• Exposure to Apex, SOQL, SOSL and integration concepts (REST, SOAP)
• Salesforce certifications are highly appreciated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
