In this role, you will partner directly with the INNIO Head of FP&A, VP of Controlling, CFO as well as respective operating leaders during closing and planning cycles. Your goal will be to ensure timely reporting of financials and operational KPI’s. Additionally, you will spearhead projects aimed at improving the timeliness of reporting, planning, supporting M&A projects and automating other financial processes.

Your Responsibilities: 
  • Actively participate in business planning session and support the development of short and long-range financial and business planning cycles
  • Support INNIO Head of FP&A on actual and planning key performance indicators (KPI) review including Revenue, Contribution Margin, Quality of Earnings, Key assumptions, Product Cost Out, etc.
  • Organize and control the monthly data collection and reporting for Non-KPI metrics
  • Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing financial insights and recommendations to support SG&A planning during re-forecasting / budgeting cycles
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of closing and planning timelines and report those to the VP of Controlling 
  • Control the monthly QMI data collection and the quality of the presentation 
  • Lead projects assigned by Head of FP&A and VP of Controlling aimed at improving quality of closing, reporting and planning processes focused on KPI staging and Planning tool re-design
  • Support Business Intelligence development projects, Planning tool development, anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on FP&A processes 
  • Perform financial validation of potential M&A’s / scenarios / initiatives: calculate margin, EBITDA, payback period, NPV; support integration of acquired businesses in the reporting and planning system of INNIO
  • Independently identify opportunities which help to gain additional revenue / margin / cash for the business or improve reporting / planning accuracy and timeline
  • Liaise and collaborate with Operational leaders and other Finance teams to solve complex accounting / finance issues and implement sustainable working solutions
  • Solicit feedback on planning cycle performance on a regular basis and modify processes accordingly
Your Profile: 
  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
  • Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
  • ACCA / CPA qualification is a plus
  • Big Four Experience is a plus
  • Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change  
  • Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems / applications, strong excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; clearly communicate complex financial information
