The Experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for cross-functional digitalization projects, from process and requirements analysis to delivery. This includes defining project scope, translating business needs into technical requirements, coordinating agile software releases, integrations of third-party-software, measuring the impact and ensuring timely, on-budget completion. The role requires experience in software or multinational environments, strong skills in AI, digitalization, project management, and effective communication with global teams.

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects overarching multiple digital products from start to finish

- Drive and coordinate successful delivery of software releases organized and executed in scrum teams.
- Ensure project delivery on time within budget and scope while managing risk effectively
- Actively drive change to ensure success and sustainability of implemented solutions
- Support established product managers in the execution of the product backlog to implement product vision and support INNIO’s Digital Strategy
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders on all organizational levels.
- Document functionality and features developed for future reference
- Coordinate resolution of Level 3 support tickets for digital solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering or related
- Min 3-5 years experience in other software companies or multinational industries with demonstrable results
- Passionate about Digitalization, AI and software development.
- Project Manager experience in agile software development projects as well as third-party-software integration projects with global and virtual teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills and an ability to manage competing demands
- Fundamental knowledge of business needs and high learning capability to understand business processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
